* Prices are per room per night and
include a full english buffet breakfast and
all taxes.
* At the Carlton, Belgrove and European Hotels
we require 48 hours cancellation notice otherwise
one nights charge will be made.
* At the Seven Dials Hotel we require 72 hours
cancellation notice otherwise one nights charge
will be made.
* Cancellations must be notified to us in
writing by fax or email. Cancellations by
phone will not be accepted.
* The cancellation notice for group bookings
may vary.
* Check out time is 11 am. You can check in
at any time from 2 pm.
* If you arrive before 2 pm we will be happy
to keep your luggage in our storage area.
* Guests leave luggage at their own risk.
The hotel will not take responsibility for
any loss.
* Management reserve the right to refuse admission.
If we feel the guests will cause damage to
the property we have the right to cancel the
reservation. If damage is caused then we have
the right to charge for damages.
