Q) How do I make a reservation?
A) You can either make the reservation online
directly through the hotel webpage. Otherwise
you can send us a fax or email with the details
of the booking and your credit card details.
In order to make a reservation we need the
cardholder name and address, credit card number,
expiry date, valid from date and security
code.
Q) Will you charge my credit card details?
A) We will only charge your credit card for
late cancellations or no shows.
Q) What is your cancellation policy?
A) At the Carlton, European and Belgrove Hotels
once you have made a reservation we require
48 hours cancellation notice otherwise one
nights charge will be made. At the Seven Dials
Hotel we require 72 hours cancellation notice
otherwise one nights charge will be made.
Q) Are the room rates per person or
per room?
A) Rooms are charged per room and not person.
Q) What is included in the rate?
A) Full English buffet breakfast and all taxes
are included.
Q) What is the Check in/Check out
time?
A) Check in 2pm/Check out 11am.
If rooms are ready before 2 pm you may check
in earlier.
Q) Can I store my
luggage in the hotel if I check in very early
or on the day of my departure?
A) Yes, we will be happy to keep your luggage
in our luggage storage area.
Q) What time do you
close in the evenings?
A) All our hotels are open 24 hours so there
are no restrictions if you would like to check
in late at night.
Q) Is smoking allowed in the rooms?
A) All our rooms are non-smoking.
Q) Which is the nearest station to
the hotel?
A) For those staying at the Carlton, European
and Belgrove hotels, Kings Cross is the nearest
underground station and is within 2 minutes
walking distance.
For those staying at the Seven Dials Hotel,
Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Tottenham
Court Road Stations are within 5 minutes walking
distance.
Q) Are there any parking facilities?
A) If you are staying in Kings Cross off street
parking is free from 6:30 pm to 8:30 am Monday
to Friday. On Saturday parking is free from
1 pm and all day on Sunday.
Alternatively there is a car park on Judd
Street which is the fourth left along Euston
Road (In the direction of Euston station).
If you are staying in the Seven Dials Hotel
off street parking is free from 6:30 pm to
8:30 am Monday to Saturday and is free on
Sundays. There are 3 main carparks all within
walking distance to the Seven DIals Hotel.
